Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No, we do not offer cash on delivery.
All prepaid payments are handled by a secure payment gateway provided by our partners, RazorPay and Stripe. All your transactions are secured with 128 bit SSL encryption and two factor authentication.

  • Debit/Credit cards - Visa, Master, Maestro, Rupay, Amex
  • Netbanking - 50+ banks supported
  • UPI payment (Google Pay etc)
  • Digital wallet (PhonePe etc)



Physical Products

We will refund any unopened physical items that you are not completely happy with, within 7 days of receipt if the order is prepaid. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Any returns after 14 days will not be refunded. Returns and refunds are not applicable for orders paid via cash on delivery. The customer is responsible for paying postage. We are not obliged to issue refunds for any opened products.*Refunds will be issued to the full value of the product (excluding postage). Orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order.

Digital Products

You acknowledge that the Seller is not obliged to provide a refund on digital Products (which includes all guides) purchased through the Sky Sins website..

Once a download of a digital product has started, you do not have a right to cancel the purchase and to request a refund.

Refunds for digital products shall only be given in the following limited circumstances:

  1. If there was a technical issue and the content was never received by the buyer.
  2. If the transaction was not a genuine transaction (e.g. card fraud etc)
  3. If there was a duplicate order or payment due to a technical fault. Genuine multiple orders by the same person are not eligible for a refund.


How can I reach your Customer Service team and when should I expect a response?

For customer service inquiries only, please email Our Customer Service team is available M-F 8am - 5pm (UTC+2). We do our best to respond to all customers within 48 hours. Response times may be extended during holidays, promotions and immediately following launches/restocks. Inquiries are answered in the order they are received; please do not send multiple emails as this will place you at the end of the queue.

I have not received my order confirmation, did my order go through?

Order confirmation emails may be delayed as a result of high order volume. Please contact our customer service team if you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase.

Can I make changes to my order once it’s been placed?

Due to the extremely limited nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order.

I have received my order and need some additional assistance

Please contact our Customer Service Team to request replacement for damaged products or report other issues with your order. We will review all issues that are submitted within 7 days of delivery of the package. Requests received after this time frame are no longer eligible for review. Customers must provide photos of any product/order issues along with their Packing slip (please ensure stamped initials are visible). Please note that items shipped using a mail forwarding service are not eligible for replacement/exchange/refund of any kind.



When will my package be delivered?

Processing time for orders is 1-2 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays. These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

Once shipped, delivery time for standard shipping within India is 3-10 business days days depending on your location. All orders are shipped via our courier partners: FedEx, Dehlivery, Xpressbees, Excom Express and Overnite Express. All orders will receive tracking numbers after processing is complete. Please contact the respective courier for any delivery information related to your order.

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we will soon. Please sign up to get notified when international shipping is available. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers to other mail carriers.

Is there a limit to how much I can buy?

Due to the exclusivity of our products, some items may have limits placed the maximum quantity that may be purchased in one transaction.

Can I reserve items by adding them to my cart?

All products on are in stock and available for order (unless otherwise noted). Items can not be reserved by holding them in your cart. Product availability is extremely limited and therefore may sell out before your purchase is complete. Order transactions are completed in the order they are received.
