1. We are happy to issue returns for any items that may be damaged during shipping within 7 days of receipt. If an item is damaged during shipping, please send photos of the damages and include a description of the damages. Please email us at info@skyluxewellness.com. 
  2. If an item is damaged during shipping, we will organize a pick up free of charge and send you a brand new product immediately. 
  3. We will organize the pickup for the damaged item and you will not have to pay postage.

Please keep in mind that product settling may occur during transportation which may effect the density of certain powders although this will not effect the product. Clumping may occur with some of our products in high moisture environments, although we have tried preventing this to the best of our capability with the use of certain moisture preventing ingredients. Heat may also effect the products' composition, it is necessary to store the products in a cool, dry environment where composition will not be effected. Results will vary on an individual basis depending on your diet, lifestyle and workout program.
