How to Use Skyfire Pre-workout

  • Mix 1 scoop with 300ml of cold water and drink 20 minutes before your workout.
  • Always begin with 1/2 scoop or less to assess your tolerance if you have never taken a pre-workout supplement before.
  • To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4-5 hours of sleep.
  • Do not exceed 1 scoop with 24 hours.
