Skyfire Pre-workout: Before Workout
1 scoop mixed with 300ml of cold water 20-30 mins before your workout
Skyluxe Iso-whey: After Workout/Anytime
Mix 1 scoop with 200ml-300ml of cold water or milk. Shake well, drink and enjoy immediately after your workout.
For the best results, consume 2-3 scoops daily between meals, before and after workouts to increase protein intake and maximize muscle gains.
Creatine Monohydrate: After Workout/Anytime
Add 1 scoop of powder to 200ml of water or to your protein shake. Mix well until dissolved and drink immediately after your workout or anytime of the day.
For the best results, consume 1 scoop on training and non-training days.
